Xelerator at Alkanstrand Richards Bay The demo days in Richards Bay were great. Richards Bay - being one of the windiest places in South Africa lived up to its reputation. We had wind over the weekend and during weekdays there are a lot of local guys kiting. The conditions here at Alkan strand can be very good with the NE and the SE being the most predominant cross shore winds.
